Is there a cost associated with receiving messages?
Standard messaging rates apply* for all FLIP CANDY text messages. If your wireless
plan includes:
- Unlimited Text Messaging: there is no additional charge for you to receive or reply
to FLIP CANDY text messages.
- A Limited Number of Text Messages: (i.e. 1500 texts/month), each message you receive
or reply to will count as one of these allotted text messages at no additional charge.
If you exceed your monthly text message limit at any time, standard per-text carrier
rates apply.*
- No Text Message Plan: standard per-text carrier rates apply* both to receive and
to reply to FLIP CANDY messages.

How can I opt-out if I decide I no longer want to receive messages from FLIP CANDY?
You can reply STOP at any time, to any message in order to opt-out of the program.
If you do not currently have a message to which you can reply, please text the word
STOP to 61253.
How often will I get text messages from FLIP CANDY?
FLIP CANDY members will receive a maximum of 2 text messages per week (8 text messages
per month)
Will I get SPAM on my phone?
No, we will never use your number to send non-FLIP CANDY messages. All messages
will be originated from short code 61253 and each text will start with the words
“FLIP CANDY:” so you always know the messages are straight coming from us.
Will FLIP CANDY share my personal information?
Your personal information is safe with us. We store your data and preferences in
a secure database, and use it only to make sure we cater the most relevant messages
to your phone.
How does the $1,000 Gift Card Sweepstakes work?
FLIP CANDY is an aggregate co-op that is comprised of multiple Mall Owners. Each
Mall Owner that is a part of the FLIP CANDY program will administer an individual
$1,000 Gift Card Sweepstakes. Each registered FLIP CANDY member is eligible to win
just (1) of these Gift Card Sweepstakes. Each FLIP CANDY member is entered for a
chance to win the (1) Sweepstakes that correlates with owner of the mall that said
member has designated as his or her “Preferred Mall” at sign-up. If the FLIP CANDY
member opts-in to receive messages via texting a keyword to short code 61253, he
or she is entered for a chance to win the (1) Sweepstakes that correlates with the
owner of the mall that is tied to that keyword.

on the shopping center / mall list on the
Sweepstakes Rules page to determine the Mall Owner. Official Sweepstakes

If I win my Mall Owner’s Sweepstakes, can I spend my $1,000 gift card at any mall
or only at my preferred mall?

What if my favorite mall or shopping center is not listed on the FLIP CANDY portal?
If you cannot find your favorite mall when signing up for FLIP CANDY, the mall you
are looking for is not a participating FLIP CANDY property. If you would like to
see this mall added to FLIP CANDY, please send us an email at
